DIETETICS AND NUTRITION

Dietetics treats disorders related to eating. This includes of course dealing not only with weight problems but also giving support in more specific disorders associated with eating and the monitoring of operations such as gastric banding.

Nutritherapy focuses more on the aspects of hygiene, safety of the food chain, "bio" food, different cooking methods, food supplements ...

The analysis of nutritional disorders requires a thorough review of their origin.
Following a review (or history) and a complete check-up of your nutritional behavior (intake of vitamins, minerals, eating disorders,…) a treatment and a study of your metabolism are prepared individually.

In collaboration with your physician, changes in eating habits can then be advised in the monitoring of various diseases and disorders such as:

Excess weight,
Pediatric and adolescent consultations, pregnancy and lactation, menopause,
Food intake related to sports
Vegetarianism, alcoholism, malnutrition,
Diabetes, renal insufficiency, multiple allergies,
Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension, Osteoporosis,
Diseases affecting the gastrointestinal tract (Crohn's, colitis, esophagitis, reflux, ulcer, celiac disease, constipation, irritable bowel, etc..)
Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's
Orphan diseases.
