After studying medicine at the ULB university, Dr. Nkonabang Tigna specialized in Pediatrics working at the Queen Fabiola Children's Hospital (neurology unit, urology and nephrology unit) and the Erasme Hospital ( neurosurgical and surgical unit; intensive neonatal care and Pediatric Intensive and non intensive Care Units)

She has developed a special affinity for neonatal intensive care and reanimation and the monitoring of ex-premature infants, as well as the follow-up of respiratory problems, having had additional training in Pneumoallergology and Asthma in Children

She has a special interest in Polysomnography and monitors children under Sleep-monitoring
